INetU is honored to announce that Netcraft named us the Most Reliable Hosting Company for June 2010. Not only did our network respond to each of their requests over the one-month period, but Netcraft says we are only the second site to do so this year – many thanks to our wonderful staff for making that happen!
Located in Bath, England, Netcraft is an Internet monitoring service that measures the response times of forty leading hosting providers’ sites. Every 15 minutes, their devices collect failed requests and connection times to hosting providers’ websites via global locations: England, the United States, Canada, and Romania, just to name a few. The data is then calculated within 24 hours.
Companies are ranked by fewest failed requests to show reliability of routing, resulting in more accuracy than ranking by shortest periods of outage.

EdgeCast Networks, the superior, cost-effective rich media content delivery network (CDN), and INetU, a managed hosting provider, today announced the availability of global content delivery services to all INetU customers.
This agreement opens EdgeCast’s worldwide content delivery network to INetU clients, enabling any INetU customers to instantly deploy web applications, site content, and media streams via any of EdgeCast’s sixteen points of presence around the world. This will mean dramatic increases in performance and the worldwide availability of customer sites.

INetU’s managed hosting customers previously served all content – media streams, web applications, and hosted files – from their servers in Allentown, PA. While the servers were connected to top tier Internet providers via fiber optics, latency for time sensitive applications to remote parts of the globe was challenging for some customers.

FindMyHosts’ Editor’s Choice Awards for November 2009 are out, and INetU Managed Hosting has claimed the top spot for the managed hosting category!
The Editor’s Choice Award is given to hosts who are “honest, reliable, and excel in all areas” – especially technical support. We are honored to have received the Editor’s Choice award nine times, with five alone being within the past year!
Established in January 2001 to help consumers and web developers choose a host, FindMyHost, Inc, is an online magazine showcasing web hosting companies who have undergone their approved host program testing. The company also provides customer and editor reviews, hosting news, interviews, and more.
